The editor of the German edition of National Geographic (Sept. 2015) starts his monthly column with the following sentences, to which Dina and our Master found bound to as well: “Opposite to the roving reporter is the travelling reporter. He takes his time for telling his readers a story. He has absorbed the strange and foreign. Travelling reporters are painters with words who produce pictures in our heads …”
