For the National Trust for Historic Preservation conference, Rocco Termini led hundreds of us on a tour of his latest project, the Hotel Lafayette, which was designed by America’s first woman architect, Louise Bethune.
What a treasure! From the Art Deco decor to the current European artisanal restoration efforts, the hotel looks great! Termini says he’ll reopen it May 1, 2012.
