Hello, gentle blog reader,
As I sit here, munching on a candy cane that I pulled off of my Christmas tree, lo and behold, the Discovery Channel reports that the peppermint oil in the candy helps kill bacteria and helps alleviate the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.
