Saturday I enjoyed the record sunshine and temperatures so much that I became dizzy, hyperthermic, and dehydrated–in other words, I came down with heat exhaustion. In case you’ve never experienced heat exhaustion, it’s awful–my body needed nearly 48 hours or rest and water to recover and I have to avoid exercise and sunshine [...]
